01 Initially, We Establish Goals, Priorities and Project Budget

First, we establish your remodeling goals, priorities and budget. Our expertise and creativity then enable us to develop specifications and plans that meet or exceed your goals and priorities while maintaining your budget. Prior to incurring costly architectural design fees for finished plans, the basic design and scope of work is laid out and estimated.

02 Setting Up Design/Build Approach

Using the Design/Build approach, adjustments may be made to “fine tune” the project before committing to a finished set of blueprints, saving time and costly redrafting fees.

03 We Create Blueprint

In contrast, often a client will pay for costly designs and plans before a budget has been established. The design may result in meeting the goals of the project, but rarely meets the budget of the client. Thus, seldom is the project ever completed.

04 Using A Lead Carpenter

Maverick uses a “Lead Carpenter.” He is the person that makes it all happen. This person is much more than a very talented craftsman. The Lead Carpenter is your guide through the daily activities of remodeling your home. The Lead Carpenter becomes your own personal project manager and craftsman all in one. Each project is assigned a Lead Carpenter, ensuring that you will receive the personal attention that each of our clients deserve and expect.

05 Total Cost Proposal

Before the construction begins, our customers have a proposal of the total cost their project also the design and layout of the remodel project as well.

06 Utilizing The Resources to Minimize Budget

Last fall my house was a disaster, the back porch had rotting walls, the yard was a stumbling area of bricks and the kitchen was too small, something had to be done. Maverick had done a great job on the remodel of our master bathroom last year so I called them again and we started planning. By the middle of December I had a beautiful covered deck. We removed the wall in the breakfast room and enlarged the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were replaced, granite, a beautiful backsplash, new flooring and paint in the kitchen, breakfast room and porch. New windows were added to the entire house. Maverick had done a really good job. They added detail and they even did the landscaping around my new patio.

We were in desperate need of a kitchen remodel. For several years we talked about it but, could not come to an agreement on what we wanted. We had several contractors come out and give us estimates. The one that we really liked was BJ from Maverick Remodeling, he had so many ideas that we hadn’t thought of before and their price was very fair. We are so happy with our new kitchen; the ladies in their showroom helped us design our kitchen and put it all together so we could see the big picture.
